Our number one priority is the bottom line, the profit of each project. We carefully analyze each potential property flip or rehab to find out all the costs, and the current market value of the property and the projected value when rehabbed, to determine all the numbers as a whole to know if this would be a good or bad investment. With our analytics, and experience we are very conservative when investing, and it all comes down to do you know your market, and do you understand all the costs? Our clients are our number one priority, and we’ll go the extra mile to make sure they get the best from their investment. A good project manager is someone who speaks the same language as the contractors, and the investor. The home needs to appeal to a variety of buyers, and since most everyone previews homes on the internet before going to visit it in person, the finishings must be exceptional and on budget, especially when sellers would like to receive top dollar for their home. Project management takes a talent of knowing how to work with contractors, be current in trends, and speak the language of an investor, or owner. A successful project is when many buyers can imagine themselves living there.
